LEGO SumoBot Tournament – Policies & Guidelines Refund Policy: Full Refund: Cancellations made on or before March 10,2026 will receive a 100% refund. Half Refund: Cancellations made after March 10,2026 and before the first tournament (April 11, 2026) will receive a 50% refund. No Refunds: Once the tournament series begins on April 11, 2026, no refunds will be issued. Code of Conduct This tournament is designed to be a friendly, fun, and peaceful event where kids can explore robotics, teamwork, and creativity. To ensure a positive experience for everyone: Be respectful toward all participants, parents, mentors, and staff. Demonstrate good sportsmanship, regardless of the outcome of matches. Take responsibility for your actions, your robot, and your workspace. Encourage teamwork, learning, and kindness above competition. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the event. Photo/Media Release By registering for this event, you grant LeXT Robo Academy permission to photograph and/or video record participants during the tournament. These images may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes in print, online, or social media. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the event begins.
